While waiting in line at Disney to head onto a new ride there was plenty of interesting things to take pictures of during the wait but I'm sure it would be much more exciting to pretend that this was taken at an outpost at the foot of Mt. Everest just before my accent to the top... either way, heres a new desktop for everyone!

Here is a pretty cool image that makes for a pretty nice desktop I think. I have posted two versions which are very subtly different, the only difference being one is in color. I've decided not to talk about where this photo was taken and what it was taken of because I thought it would make for a nice little contest of a sort. The first person to leave a comment stating where this photo was taken and what it is of will get to pick a couple of songs on iTunes and I will gift them to you. If there are any restrictions due to where you live then maybe we can work something else out? No promises here, just thought it would be fun and I know it's probably pretty easy anyway so, tell me... what is this? (and you need to be pretty specific, I wont take a general answer like, the planet earth or anything.)

This is one of those images that you need to see big to really understand. I think it makes for a really amazing abstract desktop but thats just me. It is the surface of a body of water from underneath the water but there was all of this junk floating in the water which sat on the underside of the surface and reflected on the surface... or something like that. Only I found that I liked the image with this blue tint to it and flipped upside down. Isn't it a really amazing image though or am I just crazy taking photos like this?

I really like this shot of my cat Grey. It reminds me just how easy house cats have it. If only life could be as simple as a cat sees it and I think that this photo is a good reminder to take it easy from time to time.

This was shot a couple months back on a camping trip. I used this as my desktop for a good while and for whatever reason never got around to posting it here. The image has been seen as having a lonely feeling which was something I didn't see in it until someone pointed it out. I always thought it was just a really calm, peaceful photo but lonely seems fitting now that I look at it again. Anyways, enjoy!
