Summer Fades

Summer is over and fall's wintery chill is settling
in. While in the park the other day I was surprised
to find tiny flowers still blooming in the sun and
not only that but there were bees going at it all
around. I just thought that this moment felt like
summer was trying to hang on, in this simple little
way, as long as it could.
